new year new work

Finally getting back on track after the holiday season. The city is covered in a fresh layer of snow and the temperature has dropped considerably. Had some quiet time in the studio this past weekend to create some new work, reflect on the past year and consider what lies ahead in this year of the Rabbit.

the long absence

Its been forever since I last posted on this blog. Between work, school, family matters and travel, doesn’t leave me much time for blogging or keeping up with social networks. Here is the latest print in my series, further exploring the figure in rendered interior environments.

f41
Canceled my trip to the island due to the overcast cool day but enjoying the solitude, strong coffee and being productive. Another piece from my current series.

a productive weekend

Had a fun and productive weekend; entertained guests, spring cleaning, planted herbs on my balcony garden and created a few new prints for my series. Check out my new work on ArtReview.

Imagined Transition
Finished a few more works for the Imagined Transition series and opened a myartspace account – a social network for artists. Not sure about the so called art competitions with submission fees that are emphasized on this network but overall its a clean site and easy to navigate.

new artwork

I’ve been working on a new series of digital prints that explore urban sites in states of transition, rendered imagined interior environments and the mediated male body. Check it out on artreview!
